comment Multiple characters without names: how to address
Why don't you want to name your characters? If you do not choose the most obvious path, this info may be important to give you meaningful advice.

comment I'm a new author and I have three projects with complete drafts. Which one should I focus on first?
One or two years? WTF? What do you want to do? Rewrite them to death? You are a new author. What do you know about rewriting? I tell you: nothing. It's different from writing. With a 98% likelihood you will mess up your stories. Pick the first story you have listed here, get through it and fix inconsistencies in the story and spelling/grammar mistakes. Then give it to a trusted beta-reader. If the beta-reader doesn't find something significantly wrong, publish it. This way the second draft should take two to four weeks, not years.

comment Character development in a story?
Many authors develop their characters before starting to write the story. So they know how they characters should behave throughout the story. But that has nothing to do with developing the character in the first chapter. I think you misunderstood your teacher.

comment Are there any corporate publishers that still accept neat handwritten manuscripts?
Yes, self-publishers.

comment Rights over a fanfic character not in the original work?
That's not true if I understand @what's link correctly: "The court held that Anderson's treatment was a derivative work, and therefore Stallone held the copyright on that work."

comment Does the word “Its” get a capital in The Economist Style title case?
If "Economist Style Guide" refers to www.economist.com, then "its" is not the only word they would write lower case.

I love these little problems only the English language can have.

comment How do you describe a methodology of writing?
This requirement reads like it was made up by people who never wrote a book. Or at least never finished something. Best thing to do is to ask them, not us.
