I'm a Technical Product Manager (more of a product specialist) for a digital CCTV company. I write technical specification documents, contribute to manual writing and write sales briefs. I think that the biggest challenge might be explaining technical things to sales guys. They already know a little about the product/technology, but just enough to be dangerous.
