I've been interested in genealogy since my early 20s, and -- in the past -- I've worked professionally in the field. My specialty was "lost" Irish (and Irish-American) ancestors, and that's still a topic that interests me.

Today, I'm an author. I write nonfiction, usually history-related books, mostly under a pen name.

I'm also happily married and I'm a doting mother of three wonderful children, all of whom are young adults.

In my spare time, I enjoy travel,landscape painting, and photography.
