To clarify: are you talking about a situation in which a writer's work has been published through Publisher A, then is used without permission in a book published by Publisher B? If so, when you ask about "responsibility", do you mean legal liability for the breach of copyright, or the responsibility to bring a lawsuit against the copyright infringer? |
