Vote to close as off-topic. I don't see how this relates to writing.

comment It is unprofessional to use double exclamation marks and CAPS in a product or service?
Italics is the common way of stressing things in Fiction writing instead of Caps. Readers tend to think that caps look amateurish and equate caps with shouting. Italics is a subtler way of adding emphasis.

comment Do you have to be good at grammar to get published?
"Forgot to add that, obviously, you yourself could pay someone to edit the work for you, but you definitely need your manuscript at a reasonable standard to expect to get published." Snort. I've seen plenty of horribly written books that've been published.

comment Why zero sales?
The way the question is worded, the answer is only applicable to you. If you reword it to be more neutral so that it can apply to anyone trying to figure out why their book isn't selling, it can be reopened.

comment Do I need to send an email to say thank you?
I agree with @Lauren that this is off-topic. @Lynn That would also be off-topic since it'd be a pretty subjective question to answer.

comment Designing a book
Be warned, if you use a service like Lulu or CreateSpace, you're getting into pretty iffy territory by having things printed which you don't own the rights to.
