How to publish public domain books? very helpful chart. Since I was talking about publications before 1923, my path was quite short in the chart :-) Does it guarantee that text is actually in the public domain? Are there copyrighted books published prior 1923? |

Who is responsible for copyrighted materials (publisher or writer)? @ErikSchmidt I want to generally know how much a publisher liability is limited. It is not only about the copyrighted materials but also the content. For example, there is a lawsuit for the content of a book , who will be responsible for "the breach of copyright". |

Are there any syllable-counting applications for poety writing? @Patches as I said these are just example. The best way is to write a simple script (e.g. in Perl). by one line command you can divide lines by "\n". |
