I use OneLook Reverse Dictionary, so I won't post that answer again, but I think the word you want is "cull" or "glean."

For "Any drink you want": I'd offer that "What'll you have?" is more colloquial, and sounds like something an experienced bartender would say.

I do all my composition with MiKTeX. I like the output options. I usually just make pdfs, but the community is working toward an eBook oriented output format.
