Overuse of bullet points • I'm sure your collaborator does this so it is easier to read. - It highlights the important sentences. - They are all important sentences. • I can see why you feel this practice has the opposite effect. - It's hard for me to write it. - I keep getting confused which bullet to use. |

What is the correct word/term that needs to be before the names of the maker of the project? We discussed it over on Writers, and agreed to migrate it, although they will need some more information before they can give you good answers. |

1st person story, but the main character will die in the end and some of the story needs to be told after his death. How to solve this problem? @Lauren You could just read my story about it after I'm done writing it. ;-) |

How can I improve my analytical writing for a standardized test? The GRE is for native speakers as well as non-native speakers. Most graduate programs require it for everyone. |

Should I punctuate abbreviations for Old English, Middle English etc. in academic writing? Since this is a style question, I think it is more appropriate on Writers.SE. |

Do script readers start at the beginning? I don't see how this says anything that my answer didn't. This one just uses more words to say the same thing. |

Is it true that men (in general) can't write female first-person? @SF. You're joking, right? What about the Rama series by Clarke, or the Gap sequence by Donaldson? Both have strong female protagonists who could theoretically have been male instead. I think your assertion is baseless. |
