Semi-Pro writer, former magazine publisher, programmer and private pilot. A little bit crazy but useful if you need that sort of thing.
I've been writing for as long as I've been able to write and I've even managed to sell a story or two. I usually stick with a more science fiction and fantasy setting, but I also like to experiment with other genres. Mystery is one I'm still working on, but it's coming along okay.

Do You Use Any Version Controlling Software/Methods As Writers? Funny, I use the same thing. Though hosting wise I use VisualSVN. It's easy to setup on windows, you can view it with a browser and it's ready for use on the network. Combine that with TortoiseSVN you can write anywhere in the house with little to no setup. |

Switching POV: Should it ever be done at all? I did mean this in regards to third person limited, though it could also apply to first person as well. |

Initial Writing Medium I would also add that you should be willing to play around with your medium now and then. Sometimes moving from a computer to pen and paper can help clear out the mental blocks. |

Warning signs that a publisher may be shady? You publisher should also be willing to negotiate a contract. If the only option they give you makes you give up every right they can think of just move on. |
