Here's how it works:
  1. Anybody can ask a question
  2. Anybody can answer
  3. The best answers are voted up and rise to the top

For a sticker I need to express this idea in the best way possible:

Facebook will not get you anywhere.

It is in a motivational way, trying to convince people that Facebook will not give anything to their lives, like it is not going to bring success. Something to say "Close Facebook, get to work."

Of course, Facebook is just an example; I could have used the name of any game, application, etc.

Hi Pablo, welcome to ELL! This is a very interesting question, but I think it is more suited to Writers.SE. If you have questions about the English language itself, please do return and post them here! But when your question is of writing (or improving writing) I think you will get better answers there :) So I'm migrating the question for you now! Thanks. – WendiKidd Jul 16 '13 at 14:10
Requests for rephrasing are off-topic here so I'm closing this. (Will ask English to stop sending these here.) Pablo, please feel free to continue to ask writing questions here. Our help center has more information on what's on-topic here. – Neil Fein Jul 16 '13 at 15:07
